ICO update

As we get ever closer the ICO is adding more information to their site. A major change to be aware of is regarding registration with the ICO. All companies that must comply with GDPR must register. Previously non registration meant a court case, time and effort consuming for all involved. Since February the ICO is now able to fine non registrants over £4000 for non registration, nice and easy to process so if you do need to comply thn please make sure you’re registered with them. Cost depends on the company size but for most it will be around £60 per year.
